SEWER PERMIT APPLICATION
Sewer Permit Application MUST be filled out and signed by the licensed plumber who will be at the job site during all times.
Have your documents ready before starting the process to obtain a Sewer Permit.
- Obtain your CBYD,
- Check with Public Works to see if an excavation permit is required,
- If this is a new sewer connection replacing a septic tank/hollow leaching structure/cesspool, etc., you must obtain a permit from Bristol Burlington Health District before obtaining a Sewer Permit, and
- Have a copy of the Plumber's License ready to upload.
Please allow up to 4 business days for processing.
Do not start work until permit has been issued.
