Bristol’s Emergency Management Leadership presented at a Special Meeting of the Bristol Commission for Persons with Disabilities, at the Bristol Public Library on April 19th. Presentations featured overviews of department Policies , Procedures and Responsibilities, involving individuals with disabilities and special needs during emergency circumstances. Bristol’s collaborative inter-agency (Police, Fire, and EMS) “911 System” was also discussed , along with a detailed review of Voluntary “Special Needs Registries” operated by the Police and Fire Departments.
