Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Sec. 41(f) of the City Charter, public hearings are scheduled by the Ordinance Committee of the City Council, duly authorized, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 in 1st Floor Meeting Room 1-1, City Hall, 111 North Main Street, Bristol, CT on the following proposed amendments to the Bristol Code of Ordinances:

- Pertaining to Chapter 21, Streets. Sidewalks and Public Places, Article II.
Sidewalks, Curbs and Driveways, Sec. 21-31. Illicit Discharges & Illegal Connections.
Hearing to start at 4:50 p.m.
- Pertaining to Chapter 21, Streets. Sidewalks and Public Places, Article II. Sidewalks, Curbs and Driveways, Sec. 21-23. Ice and snow to be removed by abutting owner.
Hearing to start at 4:52 p.m.
- Pertaining to Chapter 21, Streets. Sidewalks and Public Places, Article II.
Sidewalks, Curbs and Driveways, Sec. 21-24.5. Removal of obstruction and snow to eliminate vehicle sightline hazards.
Hearing to start at 4:55 p.m.
- Pertaining to Chapter 4, Animals and Fowl, Sec. 4-8. Roosters-Penalty.
Hearing to start immediately following the adjournment of the regular Ordinance Committee meeting scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
