Land Record Index
THE BRISTOL TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE IS TRANSITIONING TO RECORDhub MID-APRIL. FEES ARE TO BE DETERMINED.
OFFICE HOURS: MONDAY-THURSDAY 8:00AM-4:30PM, AND FRIDAY FROM 8:00AM-1:30PM
Land record recordings do not require appointments. The last recording time is 15 minutes prior to closing.
For customers without a land record subscription, only the Land Record Index is available to view. Copies of land record documents are $1 per page and can be requested either in person or by mail.
We offer subscriptions to our customers who need to view the images. A land record subscription for 1 month is $30 or a daily rate of $7.50. A yearly subscription is currently not available as we are transitioning to RECORDhub mid-April. A renewal for any existing subscriber will also be $7.50/day or $30/month. Subscribers can view the land record images beginning Volume 1, March 22, 1787. A subscription also provides access to the trade name images and the map indexes. We are currently scanning the maps so they will be available on-line. Until that project is complete subscribers can request copies of maps to be sent electronically.
Bristol accepts documents by electronic filing. The operating procedures contain the specific requirements for electronic filing. There are four electronic filing vendors:
