            The Fair Rent Commission will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at 6:00 PM at the Bristol Public Library, 5 High Street, Bristol, Connecticut.

  1. Discussion and approval of the minutes of November 29, 2023 and take any action as necessary.

 

  1. Hearing on the fair rent complaint in the matter of Jesus Andino and Amariliz Sanchez (Tenant) and Ncube Mbali and Star Holding Group (Landlord) and to take any action as necessary.

 

  1. Hearing on the fair rent complaint in the matter of Anthony Brown II (tenant) and GM Pine Brook Terrace Apartments LLC (landlord) and to take any action as necessary.

 

  1. Hearing on the fair rent complaint in the matter of Martha Cousin (tenant) and GM Pine Brook Terrace Apartments LLC (landlord) and to take any action as necessary.

 

  1. Hearing on the fair rent complaint in the matter of Krisztina Enzsol (tenant) and 99 Maple LLC and Ironclad Property Management (landlord) and to take any action as necessary.

 

  1.  Public participation.

 

  1.  Discussion by commissions of old business and take any action as necessary.
