2. Discussion regarding Civil War Monument, conservation needs, State Historic Register and to take any action as necessary.

3. Discussion regarding the paperwork for locating gravestones at North Cemetery. The Cemetery Commission will now be correcting it so it can be given out and put on the internet. QR codes on selected stones will be included plus other information that’s collected.

4. Discussion regarding the review of the Lawn Care Contract and to take any action as necessary.

5. Discussion regarding grants to finish Civil War Monument and to take any action as necessary.

6. Update of the approved 2024 meeting calendar. Add meetings in January and February.
